My favorite workout apps ๐Ÿ’ช

Let’s be honest, most of us hate working out! I know i do but lately I’ve been really good with working out thanks to some apps that I’ve been trying. So today I’m going to break down the different apps that I have try so you can find the one that fits you the most! If you are new to Ally+Kat make sure to follow the blog. I post every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. In the comments down below, what is your favorite thing to do while working out! Mines is yoga!

Tracking all the working out you do can be hard so why not have a app for that! My favorite is Google fit! This is free on your phone and it’s really easy to use! Tracks what you eat, how you exercise, and even how many steps you take through out your day. It has a really modern, clean look to it and it’s really easy to use. It can be use on some workout watches and it also can sync up to any Google account so you can access from your phone tablet computer Etc. This app is great if you want to track everything and anything there is to do with your body.

Do you have a job that requires you to walk a lot or do you just walk a lot during your day why not earn money when you take one step. That’s right you can now earn money by every step you take with sweatcoin. This app allows you to track how many steps you take and earn some money along the way it’s free and it’s available on most phones. For certain amount of steps you take to earn some coins and coins turn into $$ it’s a fun app to use and helps get you out walking!

This is the 30 day challenge app. This app allows you to pick any category from butt, squat, push-ups, arms and stomach. From there you were given a workout for the 30 days of this challenge and you complete that everyday. And it shows you how to do each thing in the workout with kind of like a little slideshow presentation so it’s if you don’t know what you’re doing it will show you what you were doing. I personally am doing the squats and arms one and I’ve already completed one of these squats. This app is great for if you need a goal set and not know what you’re doing.

That is it for my workout apps! There are a lot more to review so let me know by liking this post of you guys want to see more of this! If you are new to Ally+Kat make sure to follow the blog. I post every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. In the comments down below, what is your favorite thing to do while working out! Mines is yoga! As always I love you guys and i’ll see you in the next post!

Goodbyeee!

  1. This is really helpful ๐Ÿ’•. I love the 30 day challenge idea as it sounds like a great way to develop good healthy habits. I love walking so a step counter is so motivational. Yoga and swimming are my favourite exercises but not sure how you could use a swimming app? Thank you for sharing ๐Ÿ˜˜ xx

  2. I also love the 30-day challenge idea! Not quite the same but I am currently on day 8 on 30 days of Yoga and having that count really helps to stay on track. I have never been a big fan of fitness tracking type apps but I like the sound of Google Fit. Will have to check it out!
